Great plumbers, very reasonably priced. We have worked with Westside several times. Most recently they helped rescue an outdoor natural gas grill that another plumber had really messed up on. Absolute pros who showed up that morning. Thanks guys!

Horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! They came to my house but never installed anything or did any work at my house but charged me for coming out to give me a quote. They said that they had to charge because they ran a diagnostic to see what was wrong with my water heater. I'm so disgusted by this business. The worker, Jesse was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept on mentioning the time and how they charged by the hour. Unbelievable. Please do not waste your time with these crooks. Look at the way they respond to complaints. Defensive and shady. THESE GUYS ONLY CARE ABOUT BILLING YOU BY THE HOUR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!!!

Horrible customer service from Karen, the wife of the owner, Jeff. She was impatient, nasty and extremely rude before any plumbers or service could be done. Having her there as the gatekeeper to Jeff’s business will definitely drive- out potential customers before the jobs can even be started! Positive customer service and friendly employees works wonders for a business as we all know!
