We had a slow leak coming from the bottom of the wall in our garage. Contacted Lori at Plumbing Concepts a little after 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and told her about the problem. She said she would get someone out right away, let me know the cost for the first hour of work excluding parts and said I would receive a text when the technician was close. I received a text within an hour showing me that the technician was dispatched, who my technician was (including photo), and a number to call if I needed to reschedule. Felipe arrived shortly after the text, identified the leak areas and where he would need to check to find the leak, and went over the cost estimate exactly as Lori had described. He quickly located the source of the leak in the wall, showed me the problem, what he needed to do to fix it, how much time it would take and how the cost compared to the estimate. I gave the go ahead and he didn't everything as he said and fixed the problem quickly. He not only prepped the area he worked in, but he cleaned up everything after so it was cleaner than when he started. What started out as a nightmare leak ended with a fantastic, affordable and timely solution to our problem. I highly recommend Plumbing Concepts and their team.

Their drivers are dangerous and has no consideration and respect for other drivers!! This morning oneof their drivers cut me off, not once but TWICE and he gave me the finger over and over again! So beware of them and their drivers especially in Truck 42--he was especially rude and has no respect for other drivers!
