This company is incredible. Having previously seen their work in a rental house, when I had plumbing troubles at my new house, they were one of the first companies to come to mind. The quote was competitive with other companies in the area, and Mark was a consummate professional from start to finish. They completely came to the rescue, and didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need. I couldn't be more grateful to them!

Mark showed up on time. He called before coming to my house to make sure I was ready. He was nice, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to look at my water heater completely before giving me an estimate. He was not a "pushy salesman" at all. I was also called the next business day for a follow-up and was treated with respect when I stated I needed more time to decide what I wanted to do. This was a great first impression!
