Great staff and company all around! I’ve had to use there service on more than one occasion and I’ve received the same excellent service each time. I recently had new duct work and installation put in due to uneven temperatures in my house, specifically in my kids rooms. The difference it has made is amazing and my house is a lot more comfortable. I highly recommend this company for plumbing, air and electric services!

I was very pleased with the prompt service I received. Carla was very good at being able to get someone out to my house ASAP. Swayze was very diligent and informative about what my problem was and the only way we could solve the issue. Everyone was super nice and very professional. He spent a lot of time trying to get the problem fixed and figure it out the only solution. These are very nice people.

Warren did such a great job. He was knowledgeable and really took his time to make me feel like A weight was lifted off of our shoulders! So glad my wife called this business and that Warren was sent out to our house! We will be requesting Warren next time we have a problem.

We always have great service with 1-800 Plumber. We had two different services today and we are very happy. Warren took care of plumbing issues, which turned into more than expected. He handled the situation professionally, keeping up informed throughout the process. When he was finished the area was cleaner than when he began. Micah did our HVAC inspection. While doing the inspection he noticed my husband's veteran cap and got us our veteran discount, which we had not been aware of. We ended up spending a little more per month by upgrading to the Premium service, but are so happy that we know filters and Bio will always be available to us. Thank you, Micah. As the ladies always ask when we call, "how can we make you smile today?", we are smiling.

I was greeted by Manolo Baez, introduced himself, polite, very clean, Manolo checked things out, I needed a new filter, explained the importance of good filters and how they work, I was very satisfied with his explanation. Manolo is knowledgeable and very professional, made me smile
