My water heater was replaced in a timely and professional manner. Some changes were made to meet the latest city codes. They were personable and competent and made sure everything would pass inspection. I’m pleased with the install.

Very convenient to book an appointment, you can call or message them online any time and they respond promptly. They were willing to send someone out the same day I contacted them. When they send someone out they confirm we’ll beforehand and then send you info and a picture of the individual coming over for your work. Austin and his co-worker were very efficient and professional. There are probably cheaper prices out there for the same work but they were just so convenient and fast I would use them again in the future.

Roy did a great job fixing our slow drain. He was very personable and thorough in his work. Roy took extra precaution such as wearing booties over his shoes to make sure he left our home clean and that the only sign of him being here is a working drain. Five Star Service, thanks for helping us out.

I cannot say enough about this company. They have completely made my whole year with their prompt service, values and compassion. They all went above and beyond what any other company in town would have done and it makes all the difference. Frank and his employees truly care about their work and good reputation. Austin Stone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He fixed our sink and inspected other faucets. He explained everything to me and was very tidy as well. He was passionate about his work. I would absolutely recommend Franks and Austin as well. I was very impressed on how quickly Franks responded. The office staff were very kind as always.
