Had a clog needed fixed. Called and answered with short terse responses and told nobody would be and be to come out. Told to call back another day. Very disappointed

Joe has been out to our house twice now for different plumbing issues. We will never, ever use another plumbing company. Every time, they were prompt. Told us *exactly* what to expect. Exactly what the price would be, and had *no problem* going the extra mile if they ran into something unexpected. Anyone who tells you that this plumbing company is anything less than the absolute best needs a drug test or a job. Their rates are completely reasonable and they will make sure that they don't leave your house without you having a complete understanding of exactly what went wrong and what (if anything) you can do in the future to avoid the problem. I highly recommend that you call this company *immediately* if you have any plumbing problems!!

Opinionated, thinks he is smarter than everyone else, tried to explain how he was wrong, he didn't want to hear it. Would not even listen. Tried to hire him to replace strainer baskets on a commercial 3 compartment sink. The strainer baskets came from the manufacturer (one of the big 3 commercial sink manufacturers). He said they would not work. I told him they came with the sink from the factory. He said he could sell me drains for $200 each plus install. I told him I already had them, he wasn't interested. We have used him before and he is WAY overpriced on parts, and does not like to give a detailed invoice, just a dollar figure. Figured we would give him a shot again, he was totally unprofessional with his attitude and his opinionated stance. Apparently, he knows much better than the manufacturers of what kind of drains their sinks require. We have been round and round with him several times and I will NEVER call this guy again. He hears half of what you tell him, then forms a correctly INCORRECT opinion, then makes his mind up. Very simple minded man indeed. Just save yourself the trouble and call someone else.
