F6 Plumbing, LLC

Unfortunately, I am rating this company on their poor customer service. We had a tub that kept experiencing stoppage. We used a liquid drainer that ultimately resolved the issue. However, since we kept experiencing the same problem, we called our warranty company which contracts with F6. On the first visit, the technician performed his due diligence. During that visit though, he removed a screwed stopper and failed to return it. We decided to repurchase the stopper as a whole unit, only way it's sold, and called them back for a second visit to swap out the bottom portion that was now without its connecting stopper. They returned, refused to switch as we called them to resolve the issue that they created and inserted a scuffed up unmatched stopper. We again reported this issue to our home warranty and they insisted, against our preference, to send F6 out again. Today, now third unresolved simple visit, the technician arrived and was discourteous and unwilling to resolve the simple problem they created. We said that we didn't want the stopper they brought, didn't know where it derived from and seemed to be third hand equipment. The technician said "well that's all I can do." "What you want isn't covered by your warranty." I understand that if my household created the problem. But, we didn't and albeit a small problem, it's the problem that F6 created. We didn't even ask them to pay for the whole new unit of stopper that we had to purchase to return us to our original state. My impression is that they do not care about their customers and they will not own up to the problems created by their company. I will not patronize this company again. It's the small things that speak the loudest.

We used these guys through our American Home Shield warranty. We called Thursday and they were out on Memorial day exactly when they said they would be. The plumber was friendly and respectable looking and he was able to identify and fix our problem on the spot. In and out in under 30 minutes even with some small talk. I wouldn't have picked them on my own because they were so far away but they will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Jacob is very professional and very knowledgeable of his work. It is very refreshing to see young plumbers taking pride in their jobs. F6 plumbing LLC is the best!!!

I had an issue with my hot water heater, and this company had someone at my door within an hour! Charles was professional and kind, and was able to fix the problem quickly. He made sure I was satisfied with the service and answered my questions with confidence. I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs!

Hi F6 Plumbing, We had Jacob here as we have AHS and we needed a plumber. Jacob was really great. He got our bathroom sink unplugged, fixed our kitchen faucet that had really lost water pressure and now it has great water pressure!!! He also was able to figure out why the hot water didn't stay hot long enough for even 1 full shower any longer! He explained it to us and gave us some options! We were very pleased with Jacob, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Going forward we would want Jacob to take care of any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Jack and Lynn Lilly
