1-800 Plumbers Sugar Land is the best!! Hector the owner and his team of men, specifically Chad were great! Very friendly, thorough, fast, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or robbed. Recently I noticed some mysterious water standing in our downstairs guest bathroom, then the dishwasher stopped draining, and finally water started standing in our backyard. I had two plumbers come out with no success. I was becoming so frustrated. Finally I called 1800 Plumbers and spoke with Hector the Owner, who was very interested in my situation. He had a senior technician out at my property the very next morning to look at my problem. Chad, the senior plumber sought out what was wrong and even though we hit a few hiccups with the investigation process he didn't stop until we had a solution. My main water line had cracks and a huge tree had burrowed into the line. That same day Chad got into contact with Hector and they had a crew out to my yard and started repairing the line. They did not want my family to have to deal with this back up of water in our house any longer than we had too! I am so thankful that I decided to call 1800 plumbers and got the customer service that I was hoping for! Not only the customer service but the quality of work was spectacular. Wow wow wow, Paul was excellent. Fair price, honest, did everything he said he would do and more. Fixed a line not slopped and 2 breaks at the tap. I recommend this business any day of the week. Excellent. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. He let me use my online coupon.
