Excellent service... worked me on scheduling conflicts (mine) and helped me understand my system. I highly recommend... they also donated a porta potty to a local charity event we were work on before I ever had them do work for us. Great company!!
Do not get a septic contract with this company. I purchased one on 7/27/2016 and I had to call them in December to come out. They showed up 12/29/2016 and did not leave any paperwork. I had to call to get them to bring it to the house.. I was told it could have blown off the porch. Fair enough, Fast forward to June 2017, still nothing and no chlorine tablets in the septic system, I called and I was told that we had service in March 2017, no paperwork left on site.. I guess it blew away as well. I was informed that I still had one inspection left and it would be performed before the contract ended. Well, 3 days left and we have not seen anyone or the paperwork blew away aging.... Sooo long story short if you get a contract like I did for $200.00 to get 3 inspections a year, most likely you will not get them unless you call every 4 months.. Good luck L&L, I would rather pay a plumbing company to drive from Dallas to get good customer and reliable service than give it to you. I would be happy for you to argue this review..
never called back like they said the would.
I called several times before I finally was able to talk to Lloyd. When I finally talked to him he was extremely rude. We are setting up a new mobile home and were planning to dig the trench and lay the pipe (not necessarily connect it), just have it available and then have a professional plumber, L&L plumbing, hook everything up. He said why don't you just do it all yourself and that he was not interested. I'm not from the area and I thought small town people would be more friendly. I was very surprised of how UN-friendly Mr. Lloyd was.
Awesome people! always right there to help me out when I'm in a pinch
