ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE! We waited 3 weeks for Raul to show up, after multiple phone calls and answering the same questions repeatedly he finally shows up. When I walk into my house he’s stabbing my restroom sink with one of OUR hangers and plunging it with OUR plunger. My husband said he asked if WE had a ladder. When I asked Raul if he had his own tools he immediately became defensive told me to move out of the way and stormed out of my house then peels out when he leaves. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and a straight lack of professionalism.

I found A-1 plumbing from a google search on my phone. I knew I needed a plumber to change my delta cartridge in my shower, it was an old part and had never been replaced and was leaking nonstop. The plumber did an amazing job and gave me a great price. To be honest I thought it was going to cost more. I was very pleased with the service I received and wont hesitate to use A-1 plumbing again in the future. Thank you Raul!!
came out walked around did nothing charged said would be back in few day the weather was to bad [work was in house] leak in wall made two appointment to come back out two weeks later never show up. Did not get Money refunded got another plumber out the next day and fixed the leak A1 plumbing is NO good and unreliabe DO NOT use them
I came home late after work on a friday night to a garage full of water due to a busted water heater. I found A-1 plumbing online and called in hopes of getting someone out quickly, luckily they had a guy in my area and he was able to rush over in no time. He was able to locate a new water heater that night and had it installed in just a couple of hours. Cant thank the guys at A-1 Plumbing enough, I had hot water again and he even disposed of my old water heater for me as well!! I will definitely be referring my family and friends. Very capable plumbing services!!
