We made a call to Mr Rooter in San Antonio and explained that it was for my 94 and 90 year old in-laws. We were so so pleased with the promptness, competence, kindness and pricing of the job. Our technician was Carlos Medellin and he ranks as the number ONE best ever. He showed compassion, and we knew immediately that he was honest and knowledgeable. Our whole family is grateful and will definitely be repeat customers of Mr. Rooter and hopefully Carlos.
The office communicated with me the whole time. I knew when they were showing up and even was sent a picture of who would be doing the work. Everything was very well explained, photographed and documented. And they were able to fix my issue for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
