We had a plumbing emergency this a.m. we called the office and got positive results. We had to turn our water off to our home, so we hoped for quick repair. The office personnel was very helpful and caring, working us in for the day. We had a very professional, friendly plumber out and had us repaired very quickly. We are very happy with this businesses work and associates. Would strongly recommend. Thank you so much for your help.
They came out promptly. However they cut a hole in my home never respected the owner and asked if that was ok. Also they used the same fixture that I stated in the initial phone call I wanted replaced. The cost was 205$. Thank you for fixing the leak but the result ended with me repairing the damage. Please if your home is a mobile home do Not Rely on this company. Or be sure to watch over them.
Great service. Very reliable and trustworthy.
I called late in the AM and the service technician was still able to come that day! Some other plumbing services I've used would put me on a list and maybe get it fixed the next day. He showed up around 4pm fixed my sink in literally 5-10 minutes. Jimmy had a great friendly attitude and encouraged me to test it out before he left. He was quick and super friendly. I will be calling them back for any of my plumbing needs!
UPDATE: Received a very nice phone call from The Plumber. They have agreed to refund the service call charge. Thanks for doing the right thing! Because of this I am changing my review to 5 stars because this a business that values its customers. You don’t get that much in this day and age!!! Charged $125 to move my water heaters’ temp to 140°, which is too hot and when we asked about changing the faucet filters he said we could do it. When asked to check water to dock and explained we had purchased a universal connector, he said to remove the whole thing and take it to Lowe’s. So let me get this straight: we called a plumber to do what we didn’t want to do and he came out and told us to do it ourselves. That cost $125. I should have told myself to do it and saved that money. And by the way, I could have changed the temperature myself. Geez! I would give no stars but it’s not an option! Save yourself the money and do it yourself or find a helpful plumber. ????
