Very best company that ever provided services for us. Went out of their way to satisfy our requests. I highly recommend this company. Dependable crew and real nice people.

I had 2 separate issues 2 separate times. Each time I was spoken to respectfully and received a visit quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained the issues and options well, and completed the tasks efficiently.

We have used them for years. Why? They come when you call, and help with emergencies. This time, both our water heaters went out on the same day. Called and they were there within 3 hours. Very courteous. respectful of property and our situation. Advised of lunch break, how long they would be gone and when to expect them back, and they arrived early. My Wife and I trust them, and they always address me be name [on the phone or in person]. They may have a new name, but they still are the Great Plumber Company my family relies on. Thank you.

Please check all plumbers before calling these people. BEWARE!! These people wanted to charge me $245 to reseal a commode. It took all of twenty minutes, but they stretched it an hour. They claimed it was going to be difficult to disengage the commode, but it was nothing to dislodge. Please, if you are in need of help, honest help, do not call these people. I never post negative things about a business, but this visit was anything but reasonable. In response, I am pretty sure that your plumber would have been glad to charge me 245$$$$ if we had not said anything. Thank you for straightening out that 'miscommunication'.
