Home Depot strives for great customer service and quality. If you are not completely satisfied with their products and services they will work with you to guarantee satisfaction. The home installation department definitely exceeds picture perfect work in any home.

Be sure you find out ALL THE POSSBLE details before spending money on a home instal, especially if time matters to you. When we signed up to buy all our material from Home Depot , the Flooring Specialist El asked how soon we wanted this done and we explained we wanted it done as soon as tomorrow , but she explained the process and how the flooring would have to be inside home for 72hours, well ok ,we understand how that works. Then come to find out the flooring ( that is On Sale!!!!) was NOT EVEN IN STORE, so they will order it and email or call us when it's in and gave expected dates.which came and went without a call or email, so we call to find out it's there, (after much mixed communications on phone)then they(Sam) said they would get it all together for us to come just pick up, once we get there at pick, material not ready for pick... an hour later.... we get the stuff. Next day(today) I call to find out when will install be? I call to find out they will put it in the computer and Somebody Sometime Will be calling to set up appt. Hour later I get a automated call that connected me to someone putting me on " The schedule for instal" I say Friday will be the third day I'd REALLY like to get this in.But the schedule says this will take ""2DAYS TO INSTAL"" and the first available time for a 2day instal won't be until THE 28&29th Well this means it will be """""A MONTH"""""" from the time we started and Paid for this. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS ,I'm just Outraged over this. It makes No sense to me why they bother to askWhen I want it done if that person( the Flooring Specialist ) CAN NOT even see or have access to the schedule . To be able to say well this will take two days And that the installers are backed up FOR WEEKS! (We would NOT HAVE PAID THEM FOR INSTAL IF WE KNEW) We decided on PAYING for this install because it SHOULD have been quick & easy!! But it's been one let down after another. WE WILL NOT DO THIS AGAIN!! And do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to pay for an instal thru Home Depot. Very disappointed .
