I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. Email and text alerts showed me where the tech (Phillip Miller) was and when he was expected to arrive at my house. On site, he was courteous and was able to confidently resolve my leaky shower faucet issue. $500+ was quite a bit to pay, but it was definitely worth every penny for the peace of mind.

I called the plumber agencies. Roto Rooter plumbing respond right away. We set the appointment for the same day. 5 minutes later Eric Nelson send me text, to let me know he is his way over to help me with the water leaking. Before a hour Eric Nelson show up. I walked him to the area of the water leak. We talked about the payment method. He started to work on to fix the water leak. Eric N did a great job. ????????

Eric arrived at a very short notice and was very professional and immediately had my heater running at no cost to me. He however left me with possible scenarios that could possibly play out and what to do. Highly recommended.
