The Drain Man

These people work hard. They went above and beyond to make sure our job was done right. Took the time to find the exact part we needed, rather than just "making it work". Made sure we understood exactly what was going on thru the whole process. Took the time to thoroughly explain both the estimate and the final total. I cannot possibly give higher praise. I am so thoroughly impressed with their dedication and service. I would recommend The Drain Man to all my friends and family.

Had the septic and shower work done and both times they made it on time and did excellent work.

Called Tom & Amanda, when my sewer line backed up. They were working in another town, about 30 miles away, but said they could get to me in the late afternoon or early evening. They called me again at 5:30 PM and stated that they were headed back to Jefferson City. I told them that it was late, and that they could come the following morning, if they preferred. They opted to come out that evening to resolve my sewer problem. Long story short: they came out, got the job done, and charged the industry standard rate, even though it was already late in the day. I will definitely call them again for plumbing issues.
