Being new to the area, you need to ask someone in the services who they would recommend for various jobs. The good ones work with the good ones. This business was named by more than one local. Top class outfit. Called after 6 pm and they were here next morning 15 min prior ready to roll. Looked at the leak in the house and had no issues. The two gentlemen they sent were very respectful cut some drywall out to get to the source had all the proper tools and fittings in order to do the job in a very timely manner. Highly recommend and would use again without hesitation.

Justin and his guys at Schmidt plumbing always come when they say they will come and only fix what needs to be fixed! They are honest and trustworthy and are the only plumbers I would recommend to friends and family for any plumbing needs big or small. They helped me complete a rehab of an old home in West Nashville and did great work for me every step of the way.

These guys are great. Very timely and knowledgable in their profession.

CAlled on a Tuesday afternoon, they were out first thing Wednesday morning. Got the job done, were SUPER professional and friendly, and didnt gouge me on the cost of the job. I absolutely plan on using them again!

I called this company and they said they would be out at 8:30 a.m. The next morning, at 9:10 I called them back and I was told that they had a more important call out in Green Hills,Tn. But they would be here in a hour or at worst two hours! 2 /12 hours later, I call back and they said they were running a lil late but would be here within a hour. I explained to them that I couldn't flush commode and had no hot water and it was Easter weekend and I had family coming from out of state and that it was VERY important that it get done today! They assured me that it would! Well after waiting on them all day,,I finally had to leave a lil after 2 p.m. Finally around 2:45 my girlfriend called and said that they were here. I asked to speak to the had plumber so she put me on the phone with him, I was explaining what all needed to be fixed and before I could get finished, he interrupted me and said sir, we will get it all fixed, I have another call after this and it's Friday evening and we would like to get off work at a decent hour, it is Friday! I install Flooring and deal with public every day and just thought that was the most unprofessional thing, I had ever heard a business man say! So I told the man, here is my phone number, please call me BEFORE you leave the house or if you run into any problems! Well I never heard back from the man! So I got home around 9:30 p.m. Because of waiting on them to get here ALL day. When I arrived home, the kitchen sink will not drain, it is totally stopped up, there is NO hot water, no water running to the toilet and the work that they did in the bathroom sink, I have had to put a bowl under because it is leaking like a sive! I called the company and explained what was going on and I was told they weren't coming back out and I remind you, it's EASTER weekend and I have company coming and cant use the only toilet, can't shower, cant wash clothes, have no hot water and there plumbing is leaking EVERYWHERE! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had any dealings with and would not let them nail a nail into a piece of Styrofoam for me and wouldn't recommend EVER using them. There work is terrible and the guy working the phone is very unprofessional and disorganized! Please don't waste your time or money!
