Super nice fellow. Called this morning with drain problems. Told me he'd get to me this afternoon sometime, and he did! Big T's got to my house around noon. Did a very good job too. I will definitely recommend Big T's to anyone needing septic service and he's the only one that I'll call from now on. He was such a nice, kind guy too. Thanks so much! By the way, my dog really loved him!
Big T's came out today ON TIME and cleaned our septic tank. Very happy with the service. Very polite and answered all the questions that I had. Saved me some money by informing me that there is no need to use buttermilk to help break down the waste in my tank. I will definitely use Big T's in the future
