Home Services at The Home Depot

My experience with the windows and door department has convinced me to take all of my home and rental property business to Lowe’s. I was quoted a 3 week lead time on a storm door measure. It’s been 6 weeks, Ive had to call 5 times to figure out why it hasn’t been done. They say they will call the third party and call me back. They never do, I️ told them to cancel the measure and refund my money, they didn’t do that either. Take your business to another Home Depot or lowes.
