Our home main sewer drain line started backing up Saturday afternoon and Steve came out and had our system repaired and operational in no time. He was very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend Choice One. They will be the first place I call the next time we have any plumbing issues.
Dylan was our tech, He did a great job. He had a positive attitude, very willing to please. $885 is outrageous to stop a toilet from leaking and replace a bathroom faucet. Robert, the owner of Choice One , contacted me. He talked me through my experience. We reviewed the bill together. He made some adjustments, he was very professional. He seems like a very caring business owner. What I should have done is called Robert in the first place before writing review. That was an error on my part. Joe
