Worst service ever!! I called for a septic tank to be located on a tiny lot. They quoted me, took my credit card info then "put me on the schedule" for early the following week. Excuse after excuse and no progress for weeks! Finally they admitted that they just wanted more money. What a scam!!!

The help figuring out if our septic needed to be pumped out or not was impeccable. I spoke with Amanda, she was so knowledgeable and sincerely concerned about my needs and it turned out that just by talking to her over the phone and being given the # of another great person named Ray Sparks, who repairs enginneered septic systems. Ray Sparks talked me through the steps to check my system over the phone and it turns out that the system did not need to be pumped out. I can't say enough positive affirmations about this company and Amanda and Ray to discribe how much I appreciate there help in this situation. 5 STARS..5 ATTABOYS..5 ATTAGIRLS.. Again I say thank you very much !
