Called them after my a/c went out. Explained the issue in great detail and my concerns about the system being complex and unique (just bought the residence). They stated "we can resolve all Coleman & York a/c issues". They came out looked at it, flipped the breaker and said they couldn't fix it. Reason being it wasn't something they were trained on. Charged me $80 diagnostic fee and left. I asked why I was being charged... response: we provided you the diagnostic. WOW! That diagnostic was, call someone else. Save your time and money call someone else, that diagnostic is free from me to you.

Mike came to our house yesterday afternoon to fix a non working gas fireplace. He was prompt, very clean (both in appearance and work environment), knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made an effort to inform me of simple self help methods to check and fix next time the fireplace isn't working so I do not have to pay for simple fixes. In all, Mike was at our house maybe an hour and had the problem solved. It is difficult to find honest and fair people in this type of industry. We are very happy to have found Leinbach and will keep them in mind in the future.

Quick installation on our new unit. Thank you Stephen and Mr. Hawk. Anytime we called for service on our old unit they always made it out within a few hours. Anytime they come out it’s always explained what is wrong, how much it will be, and about how long the repair is expected to take. Thank you for all you do.

I found my go-to plumber! Had a pex line leak, called Lienbach. Flat hourly rate, and their website showed in addition to basic plumbing they could handle gas lines to stoves, etc. So I figured they have top level master licenses. Michael was sent out. The issue was fixed quickly and I added on a pressure test & adjustment. Great price, excellent service, and damn nice guy.

The response,to my call was very fast, with in 2 hours, Stephen called and ask if convenient to come and check the electric furnace, it only took a few minutes to find the problem, with a solution. Stephen was very professional and efficient, and will definitely choose your services again with any future problems.
