A#1 Service Heroes

I called on a Sunday when my A/C went out, A#1 quickly responded with pricing and availability. I actually got back to them late, but when I did Zane got in touch and said he could be there in about an hour. He was right on time, had a great attitude, knew what he was talking about and got the job done quickly and perfectly. I was impressed with his quality of service especially on a Sunday. It’s safe to say A#1 has a lifetime customer, and I’ll vouch for Zane all day. Highly recommended, five stars for these guys and Zane.

Jaithen and Sam are tireless, professional and willing workers.They installed a high-efficiency A/C and furnace with all new ducting and registers. They worked a very long day to get the new A/C functioning by the end of the workday so we had air that night. My old system and very small crawlspace was challenging, but they never stopped until it was done. The owners treated me with respect and carefully explained everything until I understood it. I am very satisfied with my new system, and feel I got the best service possible. They also installed a mini-split and ceiling insulation in the garage, so that workspace is comfortable.

A #1 number one service Heroes did another outstanding job!! David and his teammate arrived promptly on time. They both went to work to replace all of my faucets and the toilet tanks. They worked as a team, and quickly too! They were very nice and efficient and did an outstanding job. There is no doubt in my mind that their work is the best. What’s so great about A#1 service Heroes is they truly, truly are heroes. They come whenever you need them and they are there to solve your problems. They work very hard to make sure everything is right. And what is so nice is .. as they leave they always say, “ if you need us just call and if you have a problem with our work just call us back and will be here to help you!” They have been doing work for me for many years and I just have to say that aA#1 one service heroes is consistently great ! And heroes they are outstanding, honest , friendly ,and nice !! “SUPERMEN”

Excellent service and Zane was terrific in troubleshooting my A/C issue. For a 19 year-old A/C system, he got it working like it was brand new without breaking the bank. He never tried to encourage 'upselling' me on anything - very courteous and acted with high integrity. I highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Zane with A#1 Service Heroes enough! Super efficient, friendly, and detailed with the issue I was having with my AC duct leak. He came out same day and even sent me pictures (since I’m not physically in the same state as my condo) to reassure that the work was properly done and to give me peace of mind.
