I only gave them one star because I can't give any less. I had an appointment for a tech to come look at my issues. They were supposed to be here between 12 and 4 on Wednesday, with a promise they would call beforehand. Four o'clock rolled around and no tech or call. At five, I called and Ashley told me the tech had called out sick that morning. Instead of calling to tell me they couldn't keep the appointment, they left me unaware, waiting around all day for them. Ashley then said they would get someone out that evening. That never happened. The following day, Ashley called to say they could have someone to me between 7:30 and 8am on Saturday, as he would stop by on his way to work. After changing my weekend plans, I waited until 9 and the tech hadn't shown. I called the office and Carmen told me there was no mention of my appointment on their schedule. If I could bill them for waiting for nothing to happen at the same rate they bill the people for whom they do show up, I would be rich. Needless to say, they will not get a dime of my money.
