Yesterday was the closing of my house and, as is usually the case with me I was down to the wire. The buyer's walk-thru was at 9am and as per our agreement, the toilet had to be fixed and operational. Well, I procrastinated and thought. "I'll just fix this thing myself". It was the night before and things were not going well. I was replacing all of the tank components and I couldn't get any of the parts to match up and then there was that pesky third tank bolt that wouldn't come loose! By the next morning I was still struggling and in a panic I called Eddie Fry at 7am. Not only did he answer the phone but he came over within 30 minutes and had it fixed within 15 minutes! He was pleasant and understanding and didn't make me feel like the procrastinating idiot that I was for waiting until the last minute. Needless to say, Eddie Fry saved the day! His prices are reasonable and his work is impeccable. I would highly recommend Eddie Fry for all of your plumbing needs.

I called Eddie on a Friday morning and I had a new unit installed by 4:00 that same day. He said he would be there at 2:30, and they showed up at 2:30. His crew was polite, knowledgeable and personable. I love finding local companies who do what they say they will do, and Eddie is one of those. The price was right too! I have neighbors who paid much more through the bigger companies instead of staying local.

Difficult company to work with....expensive, didn’t return calls/text messages, missed appointment and refused to follow up when I had an issue with work performed.
