Absolutely amazing customer service, they not only had the parts I needed for my 35+ year old fixture, they also gave me info on why it was still leaking, and how to repair it, made a total of 3 trips for parts and advice, and got it fixed.. cheaper than other places I checked for parts. I absolutely will be back for my needs in the future

Looking to repair an item for my galfriend, I did an internet search for the outdated part. It took half a day but finally discovered that Locke had a part. It took having to email though for the employee taking my phone call hung up saying he was too busy. That I needed to look on-line at the website to see if they had the part...being too lazy to verify the part number I gave him. I did find the part, tried calling for 2 hours not to find anyone picking up the phone. It took an email inquiry that a person "did" respond to indicating the store had the part. That took 4 extra hours of delay time but happy to get a response...surprised actually. Part was there when I arrived. Price more than fair compared to the manufacturer or other sources on line. Still...a bit off-putting to have an employee simply hang up the phone mid call.

These people know their stuff. I work on older rental houses for a living and this is where I go when I need to find parts for a wide range of plumbing fixtures, both new and old. I have only had 1 item in 3 years that had to be ordered. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great plumbing store. Got everything most repairs require and helpful folks that know their products. Beats a large box store any day. Pays to shop local.
