Roto-Rooter Plumbers & Water Clean-up

Joey Jones was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even showed up earlier than the appointed time. He was very thorough explaining everything. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

We need our tank checked along with our field lines. Lance was our technician, this young man is amazing. He was honest, upfront and worked his butt off in the heat. He had to return with Cody to try and flush the lines. I can’t say enough about them. I hope Roto Rooter realizes what wonderful employees they have.

Pool company broke our sewer line during the dig around noon. Told that the tech would come between 4-6 and Trey actually came earlier which was appreciated. He was super polite, patient with all of our questions, and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the repair, had suggestions for how we can get by until the sewer line gets re-routed, and in general great to deal with as he worked his tail off in the heat. I would highly recommend Trey and RR of Columbia to others.

Trey Fulghum has been to my house a couple of times for various service calls. He is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He always answers the many questions I have and is always willing to share his knowledge, even when it is not necessarily related to the immediate task. Had an issue with gas hot water heater & was able to schedule appointment for same day. Tech showed up promptly at appointed time. He pointed out a carbon monoxide danger & fixed up, as well as getting the pilot light relit. Service was fast, friendly, & efficient. Kudos to Dominic!
