Same day service, clear communication, and fair transparent pricing. A picture of the technician is provided so you know who is coming to your home, which is a security feature I appreciate as a family man. Our technicians Dylan and Andrew were both knowledgeable and personable, they took the time to explain everything from pricing to troubleshooting the problem and suggested both long term and short term solutions. They worked around the ongoing family life with comfortable ease and were conscious about keeping things clean. Dylan who worked to find and fix the immediate issue, spent hours working through things and just took everything in stride.(He didn't even bat an eye when my one year old randomly started to find every ball on the house and throw it at him.) Simply put, no one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you have to, than call these guys. I can't imagine a better service.
Have had Pipe Wrench come out two times for our pump grinder. Both times they were very organized from the time they answered the phone until when they arrived. I appreciate how the phone IS ACTUALLY ANSWERED BY A LIVE HUMAN!!!! What a concept...more companies could learn from this. It seems that they have different departments to keep things streamlined as far as scheduling is concerned. The plumbers that have arrived for these appointments were clean, smelled good and were clean cut--this does matter! I felt that both times I was treated well and educated on what the issue was instead of just given a bunch of technical terminology. I appreciate a business that is intent on serving their customers with honesty and keeping communication a priority.
I had a new Coleman air conditioner. Two years old... Company who placed it in ask to not use another company for maintenance or void warranty.... Safety switch wired wrong did not work... drain was not blown out...Leaking from attic profusely... Previous maintenance company were here last month...My bedroom ceiling leaking... State Farm has not made it yet...Bill was thorough finding all the problems... Worth the money... Excellent follow through...
Jimmy with Pipe Wrench came out recently to check our water heater. He took care of it quickly and cleaned up after himself. He was kind and courteous to my 80 year old mother. She also told him our icemaker wasn't working. He told her he would take a look at it and was able to get it working in a few minutes. He put up with me asking a number of questions and never made me feel like he didn't have time for me. Mom and I were pleased with Jimmy's work as well as his good attitude. Thank you Jimmy! We've had Pipe Wrench take care of other plumbing problems and we're very pleased with the service. We recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing to everyone!
My whole experience using Pipe Wrench Plumbing’s services has been a positive one. The office staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly to me any time I have called. Mr. Terry has been very helpful and has fixed both of the issues I had. He has also been kind enough to teach me and educate me on the issues I had and why they happened. That’s important to me being I am a first time homeowner. I also like the fact that these people seem to genuinely want to help their customers and are not out to sell services and products that are not necessary. Overall, I highly recommend Pipe Wrench Plumbing.
