Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain

Called them last night and were told someone would call right back 12 hours later called again response was oh they didn’t call you I’ll page him again right now 3 hours later office called to set up appointment for tomorrow. I had explained from very beginning I had septic backing up in my bathtub and water coming in from under toilet. I would not not recommend they are suppose to be available 24/7 I could not wait that long had to go elsewhere

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the service, but I will say I have been given the run around for over a week! First it was the pump on their truck was broken but we made an appointment for the next Wednesday . Wednesday came and went no one showed up nor were any of my numerous calls returned . Thursday is the same story, I have called 3 times today and been promised return calls and have not one. So in conclusion DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER unless you like getting broken promises instead of service !!!!

Had an emergency septic situation, they were one of the only ones around that would answer the phone on the weekend. They were able to fit us in sooner than anyone, and charged a very fair price for coming out on a Sunday. The answering service was 24/7 and were very cooperative. The guy who came out was very fast, nice, and got the job done!

Beware! I used this guy's for a job on my rental property and I won't use them again. I heard lots of horrific stories after using them and others have agreed. After telling me they pumped my tank, which I'm not sure if they did because the next company that came out had to dig to get to the opening of my tank. They charged me 350 to pump and then had to come back in two weeks and I used them again because I didn't know of anyone else and charged me 250 and my problem is worse now than when they started. I had some recommendations after this abuse from other patrons there in Morristown Tn. I had my tank pumped by another company only charged me 195 and is working with me diligently to correct rotto rooters mess and the problem I had before. I don't trust them!
