Rude office workers! They do not have the time of day for appropriate interaction. I truly hope the owner does not lead by this example! I know several company owners in this area who would make their staff apologize for such behavior.
I had a wonderful customer service experience with Cobb. My shower has been leaking for quite some time. I have never been given a clear fix as to why it is leaking. I had Cobb come out and I must have gotten a cranky plumber because he was in a rush to get out and move on. The solution he provided did not correct the situation. I contacted the owner and explained the situation. He had someone out there the next day and the fixed the problem, only charging me for the part they used. I am very pleased with this company and their excellent customer service!
