We are very happy with their service. I called for an emergency fix for a clogged bath tub. A woman promised service in a couple of hours. With in an hour the plumber showed up and saved my day. Their prices are also better than many local plumbers.

Called rooter out to unclog drain, they changed me 275 to run the snake dwn my drain. Then they told me the roots frm my tree was blocking my drain. They gave me an estimate of 3000k the fixed the problem. I call a another small company out to get a second opinion. They told me it was the city responsibility. I called the city out, they unclogged my drain for free. Roto rooter is a shadie unethical company , trying to do unnecessary work. I will report them to bbb.

Fast effecient

They gave us a quote for $79 to come out on a Sunday to inspect a problem. The technician called us back and tried to change the quote to $495 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. He asked was I sure it wasn’t something that could wait. We got him to grudgenly agree it was only $79 for the estimate. He said he would be out in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later he called back saying it was now night hours and it was $250 plus $495 for a minimum of 1 hour. We canceled he service call and contacted a different company. They do not honor their quotes. I called to complain and the manager said he did not know where the technician came up with the numbers from.
