Contacted Randy for a replacing an existing 20 year old upstairs unit. He was able to put together a really good system that fit our budget, much less than many other contractors that I had contacted, with a better installation warranty. The crew that installed the unit completed it in one day, and was right on time and very professional. The installation looks better than the original!
Showed up when they said they would, friendly and knowledgeable about services performed and priced much less than the major competitors in town. I would highly recommend you call Mr. Cagle BEFORE you pay $89 for someone else to come out and tell you how much they will over charge you. Very satisfied with the work they done and the price I paid.
Our heater stopped blowing out heat during the winter and we couldnt figure out what the problem was. We tried to figure it out ourselves but to no avail. I ended up contacting Randy from Cagle Service and he sent a guy out to diagnose our unit. It turned out to be a clogged line so he just cleaned the line out and it was good to go. It was only a small fee and great service! Ill definitely be returning to Randy for our HVAC needs in the future.
