Roto-Rooter

Called the company 7:00 am was told someone would be there within the next 30-45 min. Two hours later he shows up, asked when did we realize the water was cold, was it warm at first then got cold was informed yes. Then he took the panel off the water heater, pressed the red button, and said lets wait 15 min the water should be hot again. When asked why it happened, was informed it just happens sometime, sometimes it just need to be reset, and that I should call the company that placed the hot water heater in, they could send someone out. I paid $160.00 for something that I could have gotten off google! One week later the hot water done the same thing, called the company asked if they would send someone else out to check to see why it keeps resetting, nobody ever showed. Called the day after to inform the company the guy didn't show, and was told that he called my phone twice and I didn't answer, he showed me his phone (said the person that answer roto rooter calls) I said well that's funny I had my phone with me all day, so I asked to speak with a manager, was told he was in a meeting then, next thing you know he was on the phone speaking with me. I asked him if it was normal to charge someone $160.00 to reset a water heater and not check to see why the hot water stopped working, he said he would have to talk to his tech and call me back. He called back and asked me how long I have had the hot water heater, and he could send the same tech back out. I informed the manager that was fine I would use another service. I don't recommend you use this service, over priced for doing nothing!!!!!

After many days and 3 other plumbers Roto- Rooter was able to handle our issue. Mike did a great job he was professional neat and went above and beyond to try to figure out our issue. Roto- Rooter will be our first call from now on.

Beyond pleased with the guys at work rooter. We bought a new house and come to find out we had a major leak in lines. They got the water company and everyone else right out to mark the yard and we’re here the next day to fix our problem. We will use them for all of our services needed in the future.
