Roto-Rooter

The best of the best!!!! I will give a 10 stars or more if I could. Needed my septic tank pumped. They checked all lines and looked for any problems we were having cause of backing up. They got to it and left everything clean and working perfectly. The 2 guys they sent were AWESOME Jose and I believe the other guys name was Rick. Anyways, they were professional and answered EVERY QUESTION I HAD!!!! Cool guys. They made sure I didn't have to pay extra for having our pipes unclogged. Thank goodness we didn't. They saved me a few bucks. I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter. I also have more customers going your way ????????????

Called their office this morning, they returned my call in 30 minutes. Sewer line backed up and in 2 hours, Memorial Day weekend, Mr Harbin was here. Excellent service and would highly recommend them!!!

Had drain lines backing up. Called Roto Rooter, they came out and said septic tank was full. Pumped tank. They never came in the house and checked anything. They asked me to flush a toilet. I flushed the one in the smaller bathroom. They said all was fine. After they left I found lines were still backed up in master bath. I called the office and they said water had probably ran back in from field line and that there was field line problems. I called a different plumber who came and crawled under the house and found a broken drain line. He repaired and all is well. $410 wasted to Roto Rooter who never found the problem. I will never call them again and would never reccomend to anyone. Would give less than one star if I could.

We had a legitimate emergency. Out of water for 3 days over the weekend. When they were half finished with our septic system when they had another emergency at a larger facility. So off they go leaving our emergency to go to another job. I don't believe that is a good policy, do you?

This is the 2nd time I've used Roto-Rooter of Riceville to repair 2 separate septic tanks. Each time they were fast, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended!!
