Roscoe Brown provided excellent service when replacing my air conditioning unit. My old unit had stopped working and they came out to my house the same day I called and replaced my unit. My house is now cool and comfortable in the dead of summer. I highly recommend Roscoe Brown for air conditioning service and repairs.
My Central A/C unit would not come on. Of course it was a recent hot day here in Murfreesboro so we needed help quick. Called Rosco Brown and like everyone usually is, I was apprehensive of huge repair costs or replacement of the system. The repair technician arrived,(Jim W.), and he got right to work diagnosing the issue. Jim was all business and very professional. It took him about 20 minutes to find the problem and then he set out to fix it. He was done in less than an hour and the system was back on and operating normally. The cost was reasonable, the service was prompt and professional and everything was back to normal quickly. This call earned Roscoe Brown my business in the future and I would not hesitate to call them again. This was a great experience for me.
We scheduled our Spring check up on our system. Mark was our technician and he did a great job for us! Very thorough... took his time, explained what he was doing and why (I am curious and like to know details). Very happy with RB they have been doing our AC units for the last 7 years.
I had my spring tuneup today with Roscoe Brown (Steve) and he was Awesome. I received a very thorough inspection, which I truly appreciate. He had a trainee with him and they answered all of my concerns and questions. I have the gold package because I have them maintain my heating and cooling year round. Great experience every time. Matthew installed us a new unit and he was very professional and is a very nice polite and friendly gentleman. Mr. Miller ,the salesman was very nice and explained all the details and price.
