I had a service issue with my HVAC and called Hilton’s at 7 am. David answered and was able to come out same day to look at it and fix. Great customer service, professional and friendly taking time to talk through issues and solutions.

My air conditioner went out and it was 90 inside! David was there within an hour and fixed it right up. I never do reviews, but the promptness and friendliness of him made me do so. This is the second time he’s come out (the first was my fault for not changing my filters ????). THANK YOU SO MUCH for being amazing! My dad has owned a contracting company for 40 years, so in my younger years of working for him I learned the value of a company that takes pride in their work. This is one of those companies.

Amazing service! I called on Sunday morning after finding my unit had stopped working overnight. David was willing to come to our house that afternoon and was able to get it back working on same visit. Was very friendly and willing to answer questions about the problem. Couldn't have asked for a better result!

David was able to quickly identify our cooling issue and resolve it. Did not try to upsell unnecessary components, very honest. Quick response time of 1 day is awesome.
