I had a water pipe burst after hours on a weekday. AJ's Plumbing was on the job the next morning, and had the pipe repaired in an hour. Daniel (the plumber who made the service call) was extremely polite, helpful, and knew what he was doing. I'll use AJ's again.
Great guy who came and solved my problem
I just called the company and they do have a working phone number. They are going to quote a job for me today; so far what I can say about this company is that their customer service and attention was great. Tina customer's service is awesome and very attentive to details. I think that it is not fair to rate a company integrity or work ethics based on a perception or phone number. I will follow up with my review after they quote me and if we proceed with the job I will also be rating it.
Your 1 star rating for a phone not working should be on Google. If you key in the number instead of just keying in "call", it works. The "call" prompt seems to not be working and that is not this company's fault.
