Drew was amazing. He called before his scheduled arrival time to give us an accurate time of when he would arrive. Upon arrival, Drew greeted us with a bright smile and firm handshake. Everything after that was nothing but excellent service from Drew and everyone at Michael’s Plumbing Service.

Jeff was awesome. He came to our house for an upstairs leak going into the downstairs. Pulled out some wet drywall, stayed about thirty minutes, and didn't charge a thing! No service fee, no diagnostic fee, and found the leak. Will come back and do the work when all of the wet materials are removed. He, again, was an awesome plumber. They are the only company who doesn't charge a fee to come out. Pretty impressive! Teresa Shaver
