Robert was our technician and he did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I was concerned we might have to buy a whole new unit, but he found that all he needed to do was replace the capacitor. He was considerate and patient with my questions as well. His outstanding service led me to buy a maintenance contract with Greenway before he left. Thanks for everything.

Mike M. has done service for us twice now and both times we have had wonderful experiences. He is extremely friendly, patient, efficient and spent time explaining our unit to us so we would know more about the problem in the future. Hopefully, we wont need servicing done anytime soon, but if we do we would be happy to have Mike back. Overall, we have had a wonderful experience with Greenway and will be using them again in the future.

Mike M (#0750) was awesome. He inspected our air conditioner on a hot Wednesday and determined that we needed a new Blower fan motor. He ordered one on the spot and said the part wouldn't be back until Friday, but he actually returned the very next day and installed the part. He was quick and took the time to explain the AC system to me.

Robert came by and worked on our AC Units. Very quick and thorough job. He also came within the agreed upon window. I would recommend becoming a VIP customer to anyone in the Nashville area. As he discovered an issue and I didn't have to pay a service fee for being a member. Solid job.

Mike M. #0750 came out yesterday and quickly diagnosed my problem in the rain. He then made a call for the part needed and told me it would be a two day ETA. Today he came and installed the part and were good to go. My family and I are extremely grateful for Mike M.
