I cannot say enough good things about our experience last night. We had a water leak in our building causing us to be without water all day. The first plumber (from another company) showed up and quickly decided that he didn't want to attempt the repair because of the difficult access. Chris (with Roto-Rooter) came out soon after. Instead of immediately saying that it couldn't be done, he exhausted all options, made a trip back to the shop, and spent hours at our home to resolve the situation. We are so grateful for his diligence, persistence, and patience. Without him, we would have still been without water this morning. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris. He is proof that there are still good people in this world.

Used them for a leaking faucet. Called first to find out how much they charged for labor and service call and was told they they didn't charge for either. They came out and the only thing they put on the sink was O rings and was only there for 1 hour. Was charged $262.71. On the bill the guy gave me it only had the total and $8.00 for parts. When I called the place to ask what the other charges were I was told that $208.71 was for labor and $38.00 was for some liquid they pour down the sink. I told the woman that the man had not even poured anything down the sink. She didn't even answer to this. They charged me for something that wasn't even done and charged for labor which the plainly told me they didn't. I would not recommend this place or even use them again.

They arrived like they said they would. They provided excellent customer service. Tech was polite and did a good job. I would recommend to all friends and family.

I called someone out for an emergency service call on a Sunday. This was actually for a very quick fix project . I was told over the phone that the cost would be $45 plus the price of the estimate. All I needed was my garbage disposal bolted back up. The technician that came out was very nice however I did not appreciate being told as soon as he walked through my door before looking at anything that it would be $254 for the repair. This company is taking advantage of people that need services after hours . If they are going to book their prices that they need to let that be known ahead of time before they have a customer call someone out with a charge that they can’t afford. Do not use this service they are only going to drain your checkbook and provide minimal service the guy was at my house less than 20 min for $254. What a scam!!!! I got a call back this morning from a man I’m assuming a manager with Roto Rooter. I explained why I was so unhappy with their pricing an then he told me that $254 is their standard plumbing rate. IF THATS THE CASE THEN WHY NOT TELL ME OVER THE PHONE!!!!! Telling someone the price is a $45 diagnostic fee when the tech knows already when he walks in your house before he even looks at the problem that it’s going to be the standard plumbing price of $254 then tell the customer. What a scam! Do not use this company !!!!!!!!

Stay away from these guys if you have any big jobs. They are expensive, their techs don't know what they are doing and worse of all they are lierslall the way up the chain to the owner of the place . I been lied to consistently. Unles you doing something small like unclogging a drain I'd stay away from these guys.
