Dan is an amazing man and he's great at what he does. He's honest and respectful. He will treat you right.

The secretary went above and beyond. Very nice people and arrived promptly. Job was done quickly.

We called this company to repair a leaking tub faucet & was told it would probably take only an hour. More than 3 hours after arriving we were told they would be back the next day to finish the job. My husband did 1 hour of work that these “professionals” should have done before they arrived the next day. One hour later the job was done and we were charged over $500.00! We feel we were definitely ripped off and the technicians were not qualified to do the job. Beware of hiring this company.

Please NEVER use this company. I hired them because they were certified providers on the Navien water heater website to fix a problem with hot water circulation. $800+ later it is not fixed and they don’t call back. Todd and Dan came out 3 times. Todd is polite but they don’t know what they are doing and they are not supervised by anyone knowledgeable. I have reported them to Navien. The last time I called the answering service and asked to speak with the owner that day they hung up on me. I have never once written a negative review of a service provider but this company is beyond poor. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Bo Knows Plumbing which is owned by Dan’s son-in-law. Bo started the project then quit his business and turned his clients over to Dan to finish.
