Nice people a little expensive but happy with the work

We called Thursday.They said they'd be here Friday morning - 8:30 of 9:00 am. Nothing. Hours later, a phone call. We haven't forgotten you. We'll be there in the afternoon. Afternoon comes, gets later and later. No phone call from them. Nada. Finally my husband phones. Oh, they had so much to do, but they'd be here on Monday - first thing, but do call if there's an emergency and we'll be right there. So that's two more days not flushing, not doing laundry, not washing dishes, etc. etc. Well, our sewer system has backed up twice. Do we really want to go through that a third time, just to get them to get to come? Not reliable. '

These guys came to my house ran a snake, knocked a pipe loose, didn’t fix anything and told me they didn’t know what the problem before they charged me $407. Called another plumber in town who fixed the problem in half the time for half the price.

Great company. They do a good job and they clean up when they are done.
