Steve is awesome! He popped by, figured out our plumbing issue really quickly, and did a great job getting us up and running. I appreciated how he was able to explain what was going on, and steps we could take to prevent the issue from recurring. 10/10!
I am writing this to recommend Steve to anyone who wants an honest professional who knows his job and will not only solve the problem, but also educates the customer so that they can take care of it themselves! We had a problem with our water heater and he gave us the opportunity to try fix it ourselves by instructing us on the phone and even sent us instructions on how to do it before he came. They inform you upfront about the cost and help you to try fix/solve the problem before you ask them to take a look at the problem. In my experience, this is an unusual aspect for a business and I appreciate the way they conduct their business. Overall very professional, friendly and did a clean job!
Steve has been taking care of our home heating/cooling for 15 years. He is the best in the business. We trust him 100% and wouldn't even think of calling anyone else.
I never give reviews... but there are exceptions to every rule. Thankfully, I found Steve’s Comfort Systems online. Steve Bell stepped up and got my hydronic heating system working well and properly balanced after a Yankton heating contractor failed and then wouldn’t even return my calls. After a short conversation on the phone, Steve diagnosed the system problems, he refused to drive out to Springfield, said it would be too costly. Then he talked me through the process and he save me a bundle of money. When a guy can do that over the phone you know he is an expert in his field. This place is the biggest rip off in the state of South Dakota! Steve quoted me an estimate on a 50 gallon water heater today at $1811.00...Kaiser Plumbing in Yankton is installing the exact water heater today for $1163.00...I don't know who he paid to write the previous reviews but save yourself $700.00 and go to Kaiser!
