I had called and scheduled to have someone come over to give me a quote on installing an AC unit. The person came on a Thursday and told me he would email me the quote by the end of the day that day. Next day came around and still did not receive the quote. I called asking if they knew when I would get the quote due to hot summer months coming quick and wanting time to make sure everything gets installed. I was told that the person who was to send the quote was out of town for the rest of the week and I will get the quote Monday morning. Well here it is next Thursday and still no quote. Roger's plumbing and heating obviously do not care about getting any new customers nor care about providing good customer experience. Needless to say, didn't go with them to get my AC installed nor will I recommend them to anyone. If I have to do so much just to get a price on their service, who knows what else they blow off!

I had an unexpected water leak and called. They were booked out with no one available but gave me a call back within 15 minutes with someone to fix my leak. Fast, thorough service!

Solid middle of the road price and service. $100 an hour, and semi proficient young journeyman Tradesman. Good craftsmanship. Good quality. Excellent scheduling.

I decided we needed a water softener and called Roger's Plumbing and Heating to set up an appointment. The installer arrived right at the time requested, laid down tarps to prevent tracking and a mess, promptly completed the install, and gave thorough instructions on operations and care. Very professional service from start to finish and the invoice total was less than price quoted. Excellent experience and totally satisfied with the new soft water experience.

We thought there was something wrong with our heating unit. We shut it down and called them to check it. They were there within 1 and 1/ 2 hour, they checked it over. They called and told us what they found so there were no surprises. It worked great when we got home and have had no problems since. They are very fast professional and never have left a mess in the house. I would highly recommend Roger's!
