Beware. Look very close at your bills and watch all the work he is doing. And don't let him try to convince you that you need something you don't. Over $1100 for a frozen line and the guy couldn't even add up the total correctly. Also while acknowledging that he owes me money, he still refuses to pay a measly $15 out of an $1100 bill
I had a pipe burst and needed someone quick. I went down the list on google and every place I called said they don't service out of town or to wait 1-2 weeks. I can't wait that long with water leaking all over. Midwest Restoration was near the bottom of the list with no reviews. I was a little worried, not having used them before and having no reviews. I was worried for nothing. The guy who came out (I didn't get his name) was AWESOME! He's really down to earth but professional. I was having issues with my city, the broken pipe is before the meter and they should fix it but wouldn't. He dealt with them, he went above and beyond there because they are difficult people to say the least. He even went out of his way to get this part that the city was suppose to supply. Midwest Restoration was wonderful. I highly recommend them. He went above and beyond. The bill was very reasonable. I paid him before he left and that was that. I only wish I had called him sooner instead of going around in circles with my city. Seriously, if you're not sure who to pick, go to them.
