Lincoln is my hero! A huge storm and heavy rains caused my outdoor drain to clog. Thankfully i found emergency plumbing and Lincoln who despite the late hour came to my home within 20 minutes and began his magic with the outdoor drain at midnight! he figured out the problem (workman at a recent remodel washed materials into the drain that became hardened and clogged the drain), concluded that the clog would require heavier equipment but did what he could in the pouring rain to allow some passage of water to get me through the night without more leakage and offered to come by first thing the next morning (a Sunday!) and blast open the blockage.
