Was looking for price quotes on wood flooring... already had measurements with me, they said they couldn't give me price quote unless They sent someone out to do the measurements themselves & would charge me $35 to do that... they just lost a potential $3k sale & I would probably Not use them in future for such an important purchase... they were not nearly as helpful as the other 2 places that did give me quotes on measurements I had with me!!
