Joe was a very courteous and professional technician. He was friendly and really possessed alot of knowledge on water heaters. He answered all of our questions and we asked many. His work was very neat and our installation looks better than great. He really took his time to do it right the first time. Would have him back in a heartbeat!
Joe is absolutely AMAZING! He explained everything he was doing, showed me all the extra options the hot water heater, was extremely friendly with the wonderful work ethic. He did not rush, was personable and extremely knowledgeable! He answered all my questions so I actually understood the process. It was so very hot, and he kept right on working through it. This is one ethical, friendly person and an EXTREME asset to ARS. I thank him so very much!
Joseph A. was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient in his work. For a weekend service call for a leak, I thought the price was very reasonable. I will request this young man if we have any other plumbing issues. Very impressed.
ARS Supervisor, Robert Allen, accompanied an ARS tech to my home today to fix the A/C which had stopped working. Turned out to be multiple issues, and they both stuck at it for hours until they had everything up and running smoothly. They went out of their way to explain details, give accurate pricing and even consulted a specialist re: a thermostat. The tech was great and received expert advice from Mr. Allen, who was calm, helpful, polite and obviously dedicated to providing me with the best possible service possible.
Service Tech Eddie was great, but the company charges a 605% mark up on parts took him 15 minutes to change the capacitor a $25 part. I understand charging for service, but a 605% mark up is ridiculous. When I left a review on the website they blamed the service tech for not knowing my unit was under warranty. He was great, but the office should have picked up on that when I first xalled. I did not have to pay, but will consider another company in the future after the warranty expires. Luckily my dad was an electrician and gave me a good sense of not taking everything thrown at you. I knew a capacitor should not cost that much. I hope they do not take advantage of people in the future.
