Four Star Plumbing and Air Conditioning

This is one of the best experiences I have had dealing with an out of state company. I do mot live close to my beach rental and each time I have needed something they (staff) has been so helpful. Called me back within an hour and followed up! Wonderful to work with.

When you're in the dog days of summer in South Carolina the last thing you want to see is a blank thermostat. Did what I could, but thought I better call 4 star. My wife called around 9 30 this morning and to my surprise, considering the temperature right now 4 star had a technician to our house by 10. Nathan had us up and running in no time and it was free of charge since we were still under warranty. Strongly recommend 4 star for All your plumbing and heating and air needs.

To start I don't know how we missed renewing our Maintenance contract. My wife is pretty good at those things. We just don't know how that would happen. We will have it on both our Calendars with the date of Sept to renew. Next the young man was very efficient when he showed up. He listened to what I told him and began checking out the unit. He found the problem and said he will order the part and your office will set up a repair date. I would like to see the same young man do the repair as he already knows the unit. He told me that the unit is still under warranty seeing it is only 4 years old. He also explained the cost but I have to say. I was confused of what is under warranty and what wasn't. one question is will this repair also serve as or 1st Maintenance visit ? thank you John Huber

Four star plumbing is a very reliable company. I have used them 3 different times. Twice for plumbing work and once for heat pump repair. They show up in a timely manner and their work is excellent and knowledgeable. I wouldn't call anyone else!

My air conditioner decided to stop working on the hottest day of the summer. I was uncomfortable as the inside temperature of my home was already 85 degrees and not quite noon. I called Four Star just by a Google search. I was expecting a day or so delay before Four Star could service me. After all it wad the hottest day of the season. Four Star committed to coming to my rescue that same afternoon somewhere between 3 and 5 pm but more than likely closer to 5. I received a call from Sal the service tech at 2:40 pm advising that he was on his way but about 40 minutes out. Sal arrived as promised. He was clean, neat, and presented himself in a very professional manner. He asked a few questions about my trouble and quickly went to work in diagnosing my trouble. He determined the issue, advised that the part was under manufacturer warranty, and advised me of the charges I would be responsible for (service call and labor). He asked for my acceptance of the charges and committed to come back out in 2 days once he had the part he needed to order. At no time did I feel take advantage of, Sal did not try to sell me a new system like I have experienced in the past by another service company. I highly recommend this company and the services of Sal. I am a very satisfied customer.
