He took my money and despite over a dozen phone calls and more than 6 months of waiting, he has never returned to finish the job. I've decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I'm tired of people ripping off hard working people who can't afford to have money taken from them!!!!!!!

Great affordable service!! Mr. Graves is amazing & so so friendly! They still have that good ole genuine customer service! He does it right & is so nice while he's doing it!

Helped out with questions that was asked

Had septic tank and pump tank installed. Three years later the pump tank collapsed because he used the wrong type of tank that had no rebar in it. They put in the new pump tank and wanted to charged me for the material and the labor, now the pump tank has a red light and when I call them to come and service it, they told me multiple times they will send me someone. After waiting for almost 6 weeks, I found out they were not going to service the system because I wouldn't pay for the newer pump tank. Henry Graves is the boss and Mike Graves won't do anything unless daddy says it' ok. It's being 1 year after the collapsed tank was put. We are having problems and had to hire service from Monroe, NC, who had to re-do the plumbing, rewiring and change of pump because it was bad done. Plus we will have 3 years of warranty in the service now. We were really disappointed to have been rip off.
